SUBMITTING CONDITIONS
- The participant should be enrolled in any of the higher education establishments ( governmental or private ) in kuwait
- all short films should be submit via website
- deadline for submission is 30/11/2020
- the participant has no right for claiming the film or any related costs under any circumstances , and the festival has the right to screen and use the film in any way needed
film contest conditions
- the film production should not exceed two years
- the film should not be less than 3 minutes and not more than 4 minutes
- the submitter should be responsible for directing , filming and recording the film
- the submitter should announce his/her full ownership and copyrights. writing copyrights of the film and in the cases of using existing films , the submitter should have a copyright license and agreement from the owner of that film
- prizes will be given to the first three winners
