submitting and conditions
- the participant should be enrolled in any of the higher education establishments ( govermental or private ) in kuwait
- the participant should be the owner of the submitted photography
- the image should not be added by the image editing and filters
- allowed to use image editing software for increase color saturation only
- not allowed to write , put a signature or logo on the photograph
- please provide high quality photography " high resolution 300 dpi"
photography contest conditions
- all photographs should be submit via website
- each participant has the right to submit 3 photographs
- the top 30 photographs will be displayed at the festival exhibition
- the screening committee selects the top 5 and the festival audience votes on the top three
- prizes will be given to the first three winners
- the screening committee has the right to reject any image without giving reasons
